What if the reason you keep starting over has nothing to do with willpower?
You want more energy. Better sleep. Less stress.
You want to eat well, move your body, and finally feel like taking care of yourself is something you actually do—not just something you keep meaning to do.
And every January, you tell yourself: This year will be different.
But then life gets busy.
Someone needs you.
And once again, your own health gets pushed to tomorrow.
Jan 5 – Mar 23, 2027 · Tuesdays 12–1pm · Virtual Group Coaching
You love God. You show up for your family. You keep your commitments to the people who count on you.
So why does keeping the promises you make to yourself feel so much harder?
What if the reason you're struggling isn't a lack of discipline—but something deeper influencing the way you care for yourself?
The guilt that comes with putting your needs first.
The beliefs you've carried about what it means to be a good wife, mother, or woman of faith.
The patterns that make it easier to care for everyone else than to care for yourself.
I believe there's a connection worth exploring between what you carry on the inside and how you care for your body on the outside.
That's why I created The Balanced Life Method.
A 12-week group coaching experience that brings together spiritual growth, inner healing support, and practical wellness coaching—so you can begin caring for your spirit, soul, and body as one.
With weekly guidance, manageable steps, and the accountability to keep going when January's motivation wears off.
Because you weren't created to spend your life caring for everyone else while continually putting yourself last.
You can love God deeply and still struggle to care for the body He gave you.
You can make time for prayer and still struggle to make time for a walk.
You can pour into your family, ministry, and relationships while barely leaving enough energy for yourself.
You can believe your body is a temple and still find it difficult to treat it like one.
And that disconnect is worth understanding—not judging.
You may know what healthy choices look like.
You've read the advice. You've tried the plans. Maybe you've even had seasons when you were doing really well.
But knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two different things.
And I've come to believe that sometimes the struggle isn't just about the habit itself.
It's about what's underneath it.
- The guilt you feel when you take time for yourself.
- The expectations you've learned to live under.
- The emotional experiences that have shaped how you see yourself.

When those things go unexamined, another set of health rules may not be enough.
That's why my approach doesn't begin by telling you to try harder. It begins by looking at the whole person God created you to be.
After decades in wellness, I realized we'd been starting in the wrong place.

For years, I worked in fitness, nutrition, and functional medicine.
I saw how much attention was given to changing the body.
What to eat. How to exercise. Which supplements to take.
And those things matter.
But I also saw how easily the inner person could be overlooked.
- The thoughts influencing our decisions.
- The beliefs we've carried for years.
- The emotional wounds that still affect our everyday lives.
- And the relationship with God that's meant to be woven into every part of who we are.
Through my own journey and relationship with God, I began to see wellness differently.
What if we weren't meant to begin with the body and work inward? What if we were meant to begin with the spirit and work outward?
I came to believe that caring for our bodies shouldn't be disconnected from caring for our spiritual and emotional well-being.
That conviction changed how I approached my work. I created The Balanced Life Method to bring together what is so often separated: spiritual growth, inner healing support, and practical care for the body.
My approach makes room for the Holy Spirit's work in our spiritual healing and growth while helping women develop realistic habits around nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and everyday life.
Because I don't believe you need another impossible standard to meet. I believe you deserve support that considers all of who you are.
Seven Pillars. One Stronger Foundation.
"Wisdom has built her house; she has set up its seven pillars."
Think of your life like a house. You can paint the walls, replace the furniture, and decorate every room. But if the foundation needs attention, those changes only go so far.
I believe your well-being deserves that same attention to its foundation.
God created you as spirit, soul, and body. And caring for yourself means caring for all three.
That's why The Balanced Life Method begins on the inside and works outward.
Spirit
Your Foundation
We'll begin with your relationship with God, your spiritual foundation, and making room for the Holy Spirit's work in your healing and growth.
Soul
Your Inner World
We'll explore the beliefs, emotions, thoughts, and patterns influencing your choices, your relationships, and the way you treat yourself.
Body
Your Physical Well-Being
We'll bring that inner work into everyday life through practical habits that support how you eat, move, sleep, rest, and manage stress.
The Seven Pillars
Spirit
We'll begin with your relationship with God, your spiritual foundation, and making room for the Holy Spirit's work in your healing and growth.
These aren't seven more things you need to do perfectly. They're seven areas of your life we'll learn to care for with greater intention.
One foundation. One whole person. One step at a time.
Imagine getting to March and still feeling good about the promises you made in January.
Your faith isn't competing with your health.
Your body isn't another project to fix.
And taking care of yourself isn't something you have to earn by finishing everything else first.
That's the kind of change I want to help you begin making.
Your next 12 weeks: one step at a time.
What if you had support long after the New Year's motivation wore off?
I know how easy it is to make a fresh start in January. It's staying with it when February gets busy that can be difficult.
When the routine gets interrupted. When your family needs you. When you're tired, stressed, or wondering whether you're making any progress.
That's why I created The Balanced Life Method as a 12-week group coaching experience.
I don't want to hand you another health plan and hope you can make it work on your own. I want to help you understand what's been influencing your choices and begin putting healthier practices into place—with someone there to guide you.
Each week, we'll focus on one meaningful area through teaching, personal reflection, and a manageable discipline to practice in your everyday life.
We'll make room for spiritual growth and the deeper questions that can affect how you care for yourself. And we'll work on practical habits around your physical health without expecting you to change everything at once.
You won't need to be perfectly consistent to make progress. You'll have regular opportunities to ask questions, reflect on what's working, and find your next step when life gets in the way.
Because the goal isn't to be excited about getting healthy in January. It's to begin building a way of caring for yourself that can continue well beyond these 12 weeks.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
You're used to being the woman other people count on.
The one who remembers.
Who encourages.
Who shows up, even when she's tired.
But when you're struggling to keep a commitment to yourself, who's there to encourage you?
Who's reminding you that one hard week doesn't erase your progress?
And who's helping you see the small steps forward when you're tempted to focus on everything you haven't done?
I believe support can make a meaningful difference.
That's why I designed this as a group experience.
You'll be alongside women who love God, want to take better care of themselves, and understand what it's like to have a full life and a long list of responsibilities.
I'll guide our conversations, provide opportunities for reflection, and help you stay engaged with the steps you're taking.
You'll be encouraged to participate, but you won't be expected to share more than you're comfortable sharing.
You've spent so much of your life being there for other people.
I'd love for you to know what it feels like to have people cheering you on, too.
Everything you need to stop starting over—and start moving forward
You don't need more information about what you should be doing.
You need help putting it into practice, understanding what's been holding you back, and having someone in your corner when life gets busy.
That's exactly why I've included each part of this experience.
What's included
Every week, we'll come together for meaningful teaching, honest conversation, and practical guidance. You'll have a consistent place to ask questions, work through challenges, and get the encouragement you need to keep going.
Because this isn't about giving you eight more things to manage.
It's about giving you the guidance, tools, and support to finally begin caring for yourself in a way that fits your faith, your life, and the woman God created you to be.
Meet Lori Nolan
This is why I care so deeply about whole-person wellness.
I've spent decades working in fitness, nutrition, and functional medicine. And I believe that learning how to care for our bodies matters.
But my own journey taught me that wellness is about more than the physical.
I began to recognize how our beliefs, emotions, past experiences, and spiritual lives can influence the choices we make every day.
And I came to believe that God never intended for us to care for our bodies while treating our spirit and soul as separate from the conversation.
That belief became the foundation of The Balanced Life Method.
I believe the Holy Spirit plays an essential role in our spiritual healing and growth.
I believe caring for our bodies is part of stewarding the life God has entrusted to us.
And I believe women deserve an approach to wellness that honors both.
My heart is to help you connect the faith you live by with the way you care for yourself—without adding another impossible expectation to your life.

Is this the right experience for you?
You might be in the right place if…
- You love God and want the way you care for your body to reflect your faith.
- You're tired of making health promises to yourself that are difficult to keep.
- You know a lot about healthy eating and exercise, but following through is another story.
- You suspect that guilt, old beliefs, or emotional patterns may be affecting your choices.
- You're ready for a more thoughtful approach than another diet or fitness challenge.
- You want encouragement and accountability when life gets busy.
- You're willing to take small, meaningful steps instead of expecting an overnight transformation.
This experience isn't designed to provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, guaranteed health outcomes, or a rigid diet and exercise plan.
You don't need to have your health figured out before you begin.
You just need to be open to caring for yourself differently.
Introducing the January 2027 Founding Circle
What if this is the year you finally follow through for yourself?
Think about how often you make things happen for other people.
You rearrange your schedule.
You find the energy.
You do what needs to be done because someone is counting on you.
Now think about how often you've put off something important to your own well-being.
- The walk.
- The earlier bedtime.
- The time to prepare a nourishing meal.
- The chance to stop and pay attention to what you need.
What if your health didn't have to keep coming last?
You don't need to wait for a year with fewer responsibilities.
And you don't need to prove you can do this alone before asking for support.
This January, I'm welcoming the first group of women into The Balanced Life Method.
Over 12 weeks, I'll guide you through a Spirit–Soul–Body approach to wellness that connects your faith, your inner life, and the everyday habits that support your physical well-being.
You'll have teaching, practical steps, and regular accountability to help you continue when the initial New Year's excitement fades.
Instead of making another promise and hoping this time will be different, you can choose to have support as you begin.
And as a member of the inaugural Founding Circle, you'll receive special introductory pricing.
